Deleted the non-functional email addresses for both Representative Alcee L. Hastings (D-FL) and Representative Ike Skelton (D-MO).

More CGI modifications: The Guestbook Archive now is now presented month by month like the What’s New Archive. Again, this is to reduce the chance of overwhelming someone’s browser. However, I added the option to dump out all the entries at once, since someone might want to be crazy enough to do that.

I also changed the counters on some pages to be text-based, not GIFs. This allows text-based browsers to contribute to the count and see the current count.

On the congressional data front, I added the new WWW homepage for Representative Eva M. Clayton (D-NC), as well as updating her staff information. As David Morgan noted, her page is completely useless on text-based browsers.

Thanks to Dr. George Voigtlander, we have DC FAX numbers for two members of Congress whose FAX numbers had remained a mystery. The new FAX numbers are for Nebraskans Representative Doug Bereuter (R-NE) and Representative Bill Barrett (R-NE).
