• Representative Michael Bilirakis (R-FL): Updated email address
• Representative Charlie Norwood (R-GA): Deleted old email address, no way to contact over net now.
• Representative Ed Whitfield (R-KY): Updated email address
• Representative Jim Ramstad (R-MN): One of the first with email gets rid of his public account, use WWW access instead.
• Representative Jim Saxton (R-NJ): Updated email address

Deleted the no longer functioning email addresses for Representative Robert E. Andrews (D-NJ) and Representative Nita M. Lowey (D-NY). Thanks to David Morgan for the information.
