BIG NEWS!!! The whole Contacting the Congress WWW site has moved to a new, faster server and a new, cooler internet service provider. I hope that everything is functional, but there are bound to be a few ‘bugs’ until the dust settles (one current bug is that the counter is only counting hits since moving the site to this server).

Replaced the gopher homepage for Representative Melvin Watt (D-NC) with his new WWW homepage. Cleaned up some of the text generated by the ZIP To It! search engine (mostly grammatical errors) as well as fixing a bug that sometimes occured when the search engine couldn’t match a ZIP code to a Congressional District.
